Sandpoint Art and Craft Fair - Every August dozens of craftsman gather at City Beach to sale all-original, handmade art work at the craft fair. Pictured above are some of the entertainers. There is food, live music and activities and wonderful one of a kind arts and crafts to purchase.
Art Work Gallery - Sandpoint has many art galleries but this one really stands out. There are quality art creations done by over 50 different regional artists on sale here. Located at 214 N. 1st Avenue in downtown Sandpoint.
Cedar Street Bridge Public Market - Once a vehicle bridge, the Cedar Street Bridge is a mix of logs and light and wonderful shops with exotic gifts, art and apparel. This is the only market on a bridge in the US. Located at the corner of 1st and Cedar overlooking Sand Creek.
Coldwater Creek - This now well know women's apparel corporation was started in Sandpoint over 20 years ago. The store located at 311 N. 1st Avenue is a mix of rustic North Idaho and high style. Don't miss the wine bar upstairs where they always treat you special.
Farmers Market - For feel good purchases, this is the place to go. The produce is usually organic and everything else is locally home made. You have the chance to meet some really interesting people and listen to great live music. Held every Wednesday and Saturday from May to October, 9 to 1 at Farmin Park on Main and 3rd Avenue in Sandpoint.
Fosters Crossing - This mall was once an early 1900's freight car, now converted into three stories of shops. The shops are full of antiques, books, home made items, home furnishings and gifts. Located at 504 Oak Street in Sandpoint, near Cedar Street and 5th Avenue.
Misty Mountain Furniture - The furniture, mantles, cabinets and other items are created in the shop in the back of the furniture gallery. Art is displayed inside and other crafted gifts. Located at 502 Cedar, on the northwest corner of 5th Avenue and Cedar.
